not so much of a BS tool as a BS technique to make quickly BSed images of what something would look like on something else.

If you're putting a logo on, say, something white *like above* you paste it in there, Transform it and hold Ctrl, drag the corners till it's warped how you like it, put it on a multiply layer, maybe add a highlight and there you go.

Not to mention lowering the opacity of a logo by, say, 90-95% automatically makes it more realistic looking.
